Zaks Building Group is a diverse company with the following divisions: RTM and On-Site Homes and Cottages, Agricultural and Commercial Buildings, and Home Hardware Retail Stores in Warman, Hague and Saskatoon.
Zaks Building Group is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Hague, SK location. This position will focus on Payroll administration as well as accounting support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Processing full cycle payroll (Semi-Monthly)
- Group Benefits Administration
- Managing RRSP/DPSP Program
- Support for our Accounting Team
- Ensuring Zaks policies are being followed
- Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Management of employee data in HRIS
Required Skills:
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Canadian labour standards
