The Job duties and responsibilities include the following:
1.Supervise staff and Assign duties.
2.Approve payments and the return Product.
3.Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
4.Keep track of in-demand inventory and ordering merchandise as per requirement
5.Keep track of monthly sales and merchandising
6.Recruit, hire and supervise staff.
7.Maintain visual standards of the store, like store cleanliness, displays and signs.
8.May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
9.Educate yourself and employees on hazards, safety practices and rules.
