Description

Our local Board of Directors is looking for a dynamic Manager for the Fort Qu'Appelle Housing Authority.  We manage 88 properties (26 detached family units, four multi-unit senior complexes) and one multi-unit complex in Balgonie.  Reporting to the Board, the Manager  has 1.5 FTE and oversees the properties and operations in both communities.  This includes managing the operating budget, maintenance and improvements of the properties,  working with contractors, getting units rent ready, showing units, collecting rent, managing staff,  ensuring tenants have safe and secure housing.

You have 3-5 years of experience in business, management, working in maintenance or trades.  Experience in property management and tendering is an asset.  You enjoy working with people, can multi-task, and are committed to the mandate of providing housing to the vulnerable in our community.  
The Manager is required to be on-call for major emergency maintenance calls.
