Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant responsible for assisting our operations department with processing daily production reporting and the movement of inventory between various warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may be assigned)

Inventory Control
Determine and establish office standards
Greet guests, ascertain nature of business & direct visitors to appropriate person
Verify production numbers daily, allowing for waste inventory items to be documented
Process all finished goods production entries in the system to ensure accuracy of inventories prior to government for reporting
Investigate issues as they pertain to production reporting such as loss or shrink
Perform weekly inventory counts and reconcile inventories for all finished goods and materials on site and at outside warehousing as required
Resolve inventory discrepancies through investigation and by ensuring all inventory is organized
Analyze inventory losses and track causes, identify, and provide solutions
Process all required inventory adjustments in the system
Assist Operations Manager & Production Manager as required; production planning, maintenance schedules, reordering of supplies, etc.

Clerical Responsibilities (additional responsibilities may be assigned)
Manual and digital filing of document retention
Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Assisting with Payroll & Benefits Management
Ordering of supplies
Position Requirements:

Strong organizational and follow-up skills; ability to manage projects with organization
Detail and results oriented an ability to think on your feet
Technically savvy/strong with Microsoft Office and other software systems
Experience in a manufacturing environment considered an asset
Must be bondable and provide a criminal background check no older than 90 days
