Main responsibilities:
*Provide direction and oversight to all employees through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure that the working environment is safe, and professional and productive for stuff and customers;
*Observe customers shopping needs and tastes, choose the products to be sold and determine price to achieve sales volume;
*Engage in marketing and sales promotion including updating events and activities in Facebook, posting new products and sale items in Facebook, replying messages, keeping interact with clients and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers to meet their requirements;
*Determine inventory level to ensure the achievement of inventory turn
*Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers and vendors;
*Identify and resolves potential purchasing problems;
*Build and maintain positive business partnerships with suppliers;
*Resolve customer complaints and employee issues;
*Plan budgets and authorize expenditures;
*Ensure all policies and procedures are adequately followed and regulated;
*Balance purchase to sales ratio to ensure the business is operating optimally;
*Collect daily sales reports, record them in Excel and report sales and operational performance to the owner every week;
*Deposit money to bank routinely;
*Recruit and filter for potential candidates.
Employment requirements:
*At least diploma in business or related field;
* 2+ years of retail sales management experience;
*Excellent time management and organizational skills;
*Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
*Solid negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills;
*Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management and business planning.
