West Central Crisis & Family Support Centre is accepting applications for the position of Rapid Access Clinical Counsellor to deliver services at our West Central Communities through 5 rural clinic locations.
WCCFSC programs and staff provide a safe, inclusive, confidential and welcoming environment that assists individuals and families to meet their immediate and on going needs/goals.
The RAC Counsellor will primarily work with clients using a solution focused modality and share time with those facing a variety of challenges including overwhelm, mood disorders, trauma, grief, conduct disorders, family disharmony, etc.
WCCFSC is looking forward to welcoming another professional to the team.

- Counsel clients and provide psychotherapy
- Assess clients' problems
- Identify additional/alternative services and provide referrals
