Description

Great Buffet of China is looking for a skilled Butcher to join our kitchen.

Job Duties:
    Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
    Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry and fish for cooking
    Remove bones from meat
    Grind meats
    Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish
    Slice cooked meats
    Manage inventory and keep records of meats
    Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications:
    At least one-year butcher/meat cutter work experience
    Completion of secondary or equivalent education

Benefits: three (3) weeks paid vacation per year
