Description

A full-time high school teaching position will be available at Rossignol High School in Ile-a-la-Crosse, Saskatchewan with a specialization in physical education.
The high school has approximately 175 students from Grades 7 to Grade 12, ABE and Adult 12 programming partnerships.
The teacher will be familiar with the Saskatchewan provincial curricula. Proficiency in technology will be an asset. Teachers belong to the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation and enjoy the benefits of the provincial collective agreement. The local contract provides modern subsidized housing, moving expenses, and a Northern Allowance.
Ile-a-la Crosse is a pristine community located in scenic north-west Saskatchewan on the shores of Ile-a-la-Crosse Lake, which is part of the historic Churchill River system. It has a rich Mtis culture and history. Hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities are an easily accessible privilege. The community is served by a hospital, government agencies and economic development. Ile-a-la Crosse is accessible by paved highways.
