The Montreal Lake Cree Nation Detox inc. is currently seeking a full-time Male support workers. This position is located in Montreal Lake, SK 106A community. Montreal Lake is approximately 1 hour north of Prince Albert, SK. The position will work one week on and one week off. 12-hour shifts and will accumulate a total of 84 hours bi-weekly. Starting salary for this position starts at $20.00 per hour (note: salary is based on certification and years of relevant experience).

ROLE: The Male Support Worker models a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment.They will assist security with the clients at Detox in de-escalating potentially violent situations, be an emotional support for clients, and advocate for clients. The Support Worker role requires ongoing flexibility to adequately support the
participants evolving treatment needs and goals.
