Facility: ST JOSEPHS HOSPITAL ESTEVAN & RADVILLE MARIAN HEALTH CENTRE
Job Description: Under the Direction of the Emmanuel Health Inc. CEO and subject to all pertinent legislation; and by-laws and policies of EMMANUEL HEALTH INC. (EH); the Executive Director (ED) will have the authority and be responsible for the overall management of St. Joseph's Hospital Of Estevan & Radville Marian Health Centre (the Organizations), their services and programs including ensuring their effective and efficient operation.

The ED manages and operates the organization in conformity with the Health Ethics Guide as approved by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. The ED ensures the Facility (and EH) missions and values are integrated into the daily activities of the Facility.

In addition, the ED will have a clear mandate to lead and manage change aimed at delivering excellence of personal and health care services within the facility.

Required Qualifications

A post-graduate degree in Health, Business or equivalent.
Catholic Health Care Leadership Certificate (can be acquired following hire)
Certified Health Executive (CHE) or professional designation an asset.
Experience
A post-graduate degree in Health Administration or equivalent. Certified Health Executive (CHE) and successful completion of a recognized Catholic Health Leadership Program/Course*** an asset.

Five (5) years leadership and managerial experience in health program administration or equivalent experience.
A broad understanding of, and experience in, the various functional areas as well as in the healing ministry of the Catholic Church.

*** Completion of an Emmanuel Health Recognized Catholic Health Leadership Program will be a required within 2 years of hiring dale.
