Our cooks are responsible for preparing all menu items to the Chefss specifications. Cook's duties are to assist Chef and kitchen supervisor in all kitchen areas and duties. They must work as a team to meet the goals of the restaurant & events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain positive relations with suppliers, owners and all restaurant personnel
- Work as a team with co-workers to produce food in an efficient way while maintaining high presentation and quality standards
- Follow food safety regulations
- Food preparation, set up and take down of event buffets
- Complete daily checklists and weekly cleaning lists with proper delegation of tasks
- Delight guests through well prepared and timely food
- Have a positive and professional demeanor while working
- Set up and stocking stations of all necessary supplies
- Cook menu items and banquet food in cooperation of restaurant staff and supervisors
