Is currently seeking applications for the position of Service Writer / Parts Technician.  
Responsibilities:
    Initiates Trucking services & repairs by ascertaining performance problems & services requested. Writing repair orders, estimates. Maintaining customer rapport & records.  
    Excellent people and communication skills.
    Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
    Sell parts to customers, correctly identifying parts needed.
    On call after hours on a rotation basis.
    Participates in annual inventories.
Ideal Qualifications:
    Problem Solving.
    Organized, meets deadlines, sets priorities.
    Able to up sell products to customers.
    Computer skills, Microsoft programs and Applications.
    Excellent Written skills.
