Good Spirit Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. The Housing Authority provides affordable housing to seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter within our neighboring communities.

The Housing Authority has a term opportunity for a self-motivated, results oriented Seasonal worker to work in Canora for the busy summer months from May to September 2023.    The responsibilities are varied and include mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning eaves as well as exterior and interior painting and cleaning at the Housing Authority properties.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum Grade 12
Positive personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, efficiency, time management and good judgment.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work amongst tenants and the public.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and meet deadlines.
Recognition of, and respect for, people's diversity.
Valid drivers license


This is a full time, seasonal term position to work Monday to Friday. Working hours will be determined collaboratively.  

The position is expected to start as soon as possible with a term from May - September 2023.
Salary is $14.25 per hour.
