Summer Student JobThe Weyburn Silver Seals is searching for an Assistant Coach for the 2023 competitive swimming season. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills to help guide our team. A Coaching 101 Certificate or equivalent would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
Duties include:
Leading daily practice alongside Head Coach
Implementing swim workouts to develop swimmers
Collaborating with head coach and volunteer helpers at practice
If head coach is unavailable may be required to coach swimmers at meets on weekends.
Communicate in a positive and professional manner with swimmers, parents, coaches and the Board.

- Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
