Description

The Weyburn Silver Seals is searching for a Head Coach for the 2023 competitive swimming season. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills to guide our team.  A Coaching 101 Certificate or equivalent would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.
Duties include:
Planning and leading daily practice
Designing and implementing swim workouts to develop swimmers
Collaborating with assistant coach
Organizing volunteer helpers to assist at practice
Attend, schedule and coach swimmers at meets.
Communicate in a positive and professional manner with swimmers, parents, coaches and the Board.
