PRICING ANALYST  FREIGHT DIVISION
LOCATION:  SASKATOON, SK

Job Purpose:
The key requirements include data entry, inside sales, customer service and attention to detail.  The ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow through with a variety of tasks and issues is critical for this position.  Previous knowledge of the transportation industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities:
    Provide spot quotes based on the customers needs
    Monitor existing rate sheets for the sales team
    Generate daily reports for sales, operations and management
    Customer service, entering pickups, tracking and tracing
    Assist with answer the phones
    The Pricing Analyst will work closely with the Director of Sales and Customer Service, Billing and Rating Department, Account Receivable, IT and Operations
    Enthusiastically and consistently promote all services
Qualifications:
    Time management skills
o    Ability to set priorities and organize workload assigned in an efficient manner
    Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel
    Experience with TruckMate Transportation Management Software is an asset
    Attention to detail oriented and strong mathematical skills
    Excellent verbal and written skills
    Industry and service/product knowledge is an asset
