We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as baristas! Our cafe is a vibrant and dynamic space where we serve the finest coffee and provide exceptional customer service.

As a barista, you will be responsible for creating the perfect cup of coffee, tea, and other beverages while engaging with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and enjoys making people happy.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the food and beverage industry and must have a genuine interest in the art of coffee making. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

    Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
    Educate customers about our coffee blends and brewing methods
    Take orders and handle cash and card transactions
    Keep the cafe clean and tidy, including equipment and work areas
    Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our customers
    Collaborate with other team members to maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere

Qualifications:

    At least some experience in a customer service role
    Knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation techniques
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
