Cutting potato seed, inspecting potatoes on line, seeding operations, weeding, thinning, cleaning/sanitizing cabbage storage crates, potato storage bins,. Hand harvesting cabbage/cauliflower, supporting the field packing of cabbage/cauliflower in a safe efficient manner, utilizing various packing methods and equipment. Washing, sorting and packing potatoes for final retail/food service markets, operating various packing equipment/baggers and related warehouse operations. Cleaning/sanitizing packing and harvest equipment, record keeping of all food safety SOP's, Monday thru Friday; average work day 8 to 9 hours per day. Performance bonuses are available based on actual productivity.
