The Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute (PAMI) provides a unique resource to both prairie farmers and agricultural machinery manufacturers. The Opportunity:
Director, Finance is on the senior management team, reports directly to the President/CEO and leads the Business Enablement team. The Director, Finance is responsible for the organizations overall financial and administration processes.  

This position is located in Humboldt SK, with ability to work remotely 2-3 days/week

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage budget of overall organization
Ensure PAMIs compensation plan is market competitive and sustainable
Lead annual audit
Evaluate and strengthen internal controls of the Corporation further to the annual findings of the Provincial Auditors Office
Review and deliver PAMI's monthly financial reporting packages (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow analysis & review of AP, AR)
Advance the training of all colleagues working on financial, accounting, audit, or fiscal matters
Ensure the accounting team is meeting targets to prepare and deliver financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Attend meetings of the Board and its Committees and present the financial information
Monitor, analyze, and report on the P&L and Balance Sheet positions

Qualifications:
University undergraduate degree with appropriate accounting or finance designation with 10+ years experience
Specialized training  GAAP, PSAB, accounting programs and ERP systems
General knowledge  MS Office, Projects Online, operations, supervisory skills
