BN Steel & Metals is a locally owned and operated metal recycling facility located in Saskatoon, with locations in Martensville, Prince Albert, and North Battleford.
We are seeking a Scale Attendant to join our Saskatoon team!
The Scale Attendant provides exceptional customer service, unloads material, and sorts and weighs material in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greets customers and assists them with their needs
-Unloads customer materials
-Weighs and separates material to ensure accurate payment to the customer
-Enters customer data into the system as required
-Performs house-keeping/cleaning duties as assigned
-Bales and packages materials for processing
-Processes sales as required
-All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Ability to take direction as required
-Computer skills are required
-Superior communication skills
-Previous experience in a shop environment is a strong asset
-Previous forklift operating experience is an asset
