Description

Principle Duties:
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Train the new staff and supervise their performance
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
May perform the same duties as staff supervised.
May perform hey holding and managerial duties required by Manager

Qualifications:
1. Completion of secondary school is required
2. At least one years retail sales supervisor experience
3. Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
4. Strong customer service skills
5. Be available to work varied shifts and hours
6. Proficient with Microsoft software
