Description

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to help take the ever-growing Revenue Operations Team to the next level! The mission of this role is to manage and improve the ordering and contract experience at Vendasta. Within the role you will work cross functionally across the division to learn, understand, document, and clearly articulate the current and desired processes with stakeholders, ensuring that orders and contracts are executed productively.

Responsibilities
Prepare and facilitate our sales contract processes using our platform, including custom deals, amendments, and partner agreements.
Documenting, managing, and improving the ordering, and contract provisioning process
Training and presenting workflows to their stakeholders, ensuring that employees are knowledgeable of contract resources and comply with company policies, procedures and practices related to contracts
Working with stakeholders to improve existing workflows, managing relevant partner and team feedback to identify potential improvements for our ordering system and contract fulfillment processes; work closely with other Customer Facing, and Developer positions across company to clearly articulate these improvements and implement changes
Developing, managing, and improving ordering & contract resources

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field; or equivalent experience would be considered an asset
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects in an ever-changing environment
Proven ability to effectively use computer programs, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
Capable of working independently on a broad variety of tasks and projects, while exercising effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Exceptional standards of professional integrity, customer ethic and proficiency in all aspects of administrative activity
