Our wholly owned and operated subsidiary, MatchCraft, helps digital media businesses scale and succeed in their efforts of assisting local businesses with digital advertising campaigns. MatchCraft automates buying of ads on Google, Bing and Facebook. Explore new product ideas and implement proof of concept experiments. Use Java, MySQL, Linux, AngularJS, Amazon Web Services and a number of open source software.

Responsibilities:
Work on the full life cycle of software development from collaborating with the product managers on feature design to coding, testing, deploying, monitoring, and investigating production issues
Experiment with new product ideas and architect solutions from scratch
Implement solutions to manage campaigns
Use your Java programming skills to help small businesses find customers
Design and code the software. Refactor the platform architecture as needed
Build and run automated test cases
Manually test the software
Manage the deployment of new features
Work with technical support on addressing on-going client issues

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent problem solving skills
Thrive in a flexible team environment
Several years of Java programming experience
CS Degree or Relevant experience building great software products
SQL, Vue.js, API development experience are strongly desired
Knowledge of Java and other frameworks is important, but far more important is a solid background in software engineering (using any language), a curious mind, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
Takes initiative to improve and try new things
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a strong team environment
Comfortable with rapid change
