Job Responsibilities
o Bookkeeping
o Financial Reporting
o Payroll
o Inventory
o Post journal entries
o Reconcile accounts
o Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
o Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
o Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
o Other administrative and financial duties as assigned by supervisor and/or designate.
Qualifications
o Completion of a post-secondary diploma in finance or a related field and/or 3 years of directly related experience.
o Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online
o Ability to utilize accounting programs and maintain financial records
o Excellent computer, communication, and organizational skill
o Must have a valid class 5 drivers license and the ability to maintain a clear abstract
