Located 4 miles west of the Town of Leroy. The LeRoy Leisureland and The Creek Golf Course is a beautiful 9-hole golf course in Saskatchewan. It boasts with a great man-made pool, 36-campground spots with 30 amp and RO water, summer kitchen, full-service clubhouse and a play area for the kids.
We are currently looking for a General Manager to take over managing the campground, golf course, swimming pool, outdoor activities, clubhouse, and golf tournaments.

Job description:

The General Manager will manage the day-to-day operation, work in close relation with the greenskeeper as well as the maintenance committee. You will oversee all aspects of facility operations, golf shop, food services and the clubhouse.
The General Manager will have to enforce compliance with all club regulations and policies and minimize course and park liabilities.
You will need to monitor how the staff members in each area are performing, as well as how guests feel about their experiences at the golf club, and take action to improve service or conditions as needed.
During winter and summer months, the General Manager will be responsible for answering calls, emails, keep up to date with admin, apply for grants and make sure the operation runs smooth. You will also be responsible to manage social media accounts.

Key responsibilities

-Work hand in hand with the board / maintenance crew and all hired staff
-Daily operations: Clubhouse, Catering events, Golf course, Camp grounds and all seasonal activities
-Promotion and Marketing
-Applying for grants
-Daily administration duties
-Building new and maintaining existing relationships
