You have a thirst for developing creative concepts. Building brands that excel on paper and digital landscapes excites you. Weaving a key message into websites, billboards, and social media comes as easy as tying your shoes. You can communicate with clients, copywriters, and account managers. And you take deadlines and organizational processes as seriously as you do fonts and hex codes.

Were looking for a part-time designer on contract. Someone who cares as much about how the user experiences their design as how they think it looks. We offer flexibility: work-from-office (Path Cowork), home, or a mixture of both. This position is ideal for someone who only wants part-time work. If you already work 9-5 M-F, this isnt a fit.

Oh, and we only hire adults. Adults get their work done.

Responsibilities:
Create branding, sales & marketing collateral for clients in various industries
Ensure artwork meets needs, requirements & brand values of each client
Create work for digital spaces (social ad creative, video screens, etc.)
Ensure print files are properly prepped for print production
Layout large documents for print (annual reports, proposals, etc.)
Properly name and store working documents/source files
Basic video editing and animation for social media
Art direction for video and display work
Create content in app (TikTok, IG)
Photograph client products/events

Key Skills/Experience:
Education in graphic design or related discipline
Stellar knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with UX design/web design
Ability to implement visual identity across many platforms
Consistently hit deadlines
Knowledge of latest design/social trends
Strong portfolio
