Description

Bert Fox High School offers Grade 8 to Grade 12 programming to an enrolment of approximately 225 students.  There is a professional staff compliment of 16 FTE teachers and 9.75 FTE support staff.  Bert Fox High School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning.  Fort Q'Appelle is located 74km east of Regina.

Assignment:
    100% administrative duties
    Salary and benefits is outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement.  Current administrative allowance is approximately $12,377.

Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Education Degree
    Valid Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
    Masters degree in a related field, or a willingness to obtain as a condition of employment
    Experience in a school administration role is considered an asset

    Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
    Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
    An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support every student.
    Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction
