Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Graphics Prepress Operator on a permanent basis.

Are you a highly organized individual passionate about printing and graphics? This role will allow you to develop strong communication skills, and support the Marketing and Communications department through assembling, preparing, maintaining, and transferring files for both printed and digital marketing materials.

What you'll do:
- You will use Adobe Creative Suite software tools, including InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator, for the layout and assembly of printed materials such as bulletins, business cards, manuals, point of sale material and flyers.
- You will perform preflighting of press-ready files, checking for quality and correctness of colours, fonts and graphics.
- You will prepare output files for online channels, and prepare and transfer files for offset, digital and web production to outside vendors.
- You will operate and maintain platemaker and colour printers.

Who you'll work with:
You will work closely with a Production Supervisor and seven other teammates, striving to cultivate a culture of togetherness, longevity, and transparency.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Strategy & Communications and:
- You have a High School Diploma
- You have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience  
- You are familiar with Creative Suite and MacIntosh products
