The opportunity:
Maintaining various vessel operations binders, lists, reports, software, and spreadsheets.
Organizing records and obtaining appropriate signatures on vessel operations documents.
Reviewing invoices and charges as received.
Supporting other special projects as needed.
You have:
Experience in a customer service or office related position would be considered a definite asset.
Demonstrated computer skills using the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to perform data entry and to maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
