Bow Mar GM is recruiting a Service Manager for immediate employment.
Duties will include:
Leading a high performing, collaborated service department that achieves long term consistent growth
Managing operations and processes to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Managing day-to-day operations and making decisions based on what is in the best interests of the customer, employee and business
Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed properly, efficiently and on time
Managing work orders and warranties in accordance with General Motors guidelines
Coaching and coordinating employees, including directing and monitoring development
Reporting to Dealer Principal and Fixed Operations Manager
The ideal Candidate will have:
Automotive experience is an asset, but not necessary
Ability to show strong leadership and customer service skills
An understanding of financial and accounting procedures
Capacity for constant change and growth, adapting to ever changing business conditions
Management experience
Canadian Citizen
