The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is a flexible team player for the position of Labour Service Park Maintenance Worker for provincial park lands within Danielson Provincial Park of Saskatchewan Parks Service, including the Danielson Park Visitor Centre and Coldwell Recreation site. Reporting to the Supervisor, this position plays a key role in the park maintenance program.

The successful candidate will have experience and ability to perform building and/or park maintenance, using common hand tools and light equipment.  You will have ability to work independently and/or as a contributing member of a park team to complete work assignments and contribute towards a positive working environment.  You will have supervisory experience and personnel management including scheduling and training, as well as conducting regular tool-box meeting and ensuring all PPE is provided and worn correctly. You will have ability to respond accurately, clearly and courteously to inquiries from the general public.  You will have ability to identify problems, consider various options and determine appropriate course of action, physically perform tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving supplies and equipment such as picnic tables and cleaning supplies and pumps.

You will need:
- Class 1 Water Treatment Operator Certificate
- Class 1 Water Distribution Certification
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
