- Leading, planning, organizing, and directing of hotel services, including front desk, food/beverage, sales, housekeeping, maintenance and accounting.
- Ensuring excellent customer service to all guests, resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor revenue and expenses to maximize profitability through revenue and cost and labor control.
- Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, business and marketing plans in order to implement and monitor these plans.
- Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules.
