The Swift Current Area has a wonderful opportunity for a General Internal Medicine specialist in a community based, fee-for-service practice to provide service to a large referral base comprising of Swift Current and its environs and to build a busy practice in an up to date setting. The area and division are committed to assisting our members to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
The specialist will join our team of 2 internal medicine specialists and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team providing a wide scope of internal medicine services for the growing population of Swift Current and its environs.
Call coverage and outpatient clinic services is a requirement for the position. In addition to fee-for-service, you would be eligible for any on-call retainer consistent with the Specialist Emergency Coverage Program.
The successful candidate will join our team to provide comprehensive internal medicine services to the patients of southwest Saskatchewan at Cypress Regional Hospital. The scope of practice includes inpatient, medical ward and ICU and outpatient care, emergency consults and specialist on-call coverage.
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination
- Medical Council of Canada Examination (LMCC I and LMCC II)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
