Are you ready for an exciting opportunity in 2023 that will give you fulfillment and broaden your horizons? Then join Lekivetz Farms as a Farm Lead Equipment Operator!
The Farm Lead Equipment Operator at Lekivetz Farms is a vital part of the day to day farm operations of the farm, and reports to/takes direction from the ownership team of the organization. This individual will operate much of the equipment on the farm, including: sprayer, seeder, combine, trucks, and also be responsible for loading seeders. There is also an expectation for this individual to maintain equipment, haul grain, clean seed and work on all other projects on the farm when required. Different seasons call for different responsibilities. Farm management in terms of the day-to-day operations is currently completed by the two owners. The Farm Lead Equipment Operator will work alongside the farm team and the ownership team.  
Lekivetz Farms is a mid-size (16,000 acre), well equipped grain farm located 24 miles south of Regina, at Gray, Saskatchewan. The organization has excellent employee retention with employees staying with the organization upwards of 10 years. The farm is grateful for their staff and rewards them periodically with celebrations that include team meals catered by chefs, trips to Calgary for fun and games and holiday parties.
