Position Overview and Responsibilities
The Community Health Team Lead is a Registered Nurse who will work in a collaborative role to provide leadership, management and support to the Community Health programs. They will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Community Health programs and staff, as well as the coordination and integration of these programs to meet community needs. The employee will maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to PBCN Health Services approved policies and procedures

Qualifications:
    Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS);
Experience: Minimum of two years' relevant experience (managerial experience an asset);
    Knowledge of Community Health Programs, Nursing scopes of practice, Community development and Cultural competence;
    Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license;
    Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills;
    Self-motivated and able to work independently;
    Current Satisfactory Criminal Record Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Check & verification of covid vaccination;
    Ability to speak Cree is an asset
