Sterling Truck and Trailer Sales is seeking a Shipper/Receiver for our Lloydminster branch.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing truck and trailer parts which will include: inspecting and verifying all parts supplied , loading and unloading of parts and product, ensuring accurate and timely warehousing and storage practices are followed, core returns, maintaining a clean and tidy shipping/receiving area, greeting customers, answering phones, processing paper work, helping out with shop cleanliness as well as transporting parts internally to the workshop and arranging couriers for external delivery.

-Provide a positive impression to all customers by phone and at the shipping area
-Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
-Fulfill internal and external requests efficiently and accurately
-Set up orders for daily shipment, pickup or delivery.
-Work closely with the Branch Manager to make sure warranty parts are shipped promptly and efficiently at all times
To be successful you must be:

-Highly organized
Previous truck and/or auto parts experience is an asset. This is an entry level position with room for advancement for the right person.
