ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify chargeback issues/rejections and collaborate with manufacturers as well as
internal counterparts to resolve chargeback issues and eliminate future occurrences
Data entry of manufacturers chargeback date
Ensures compliance with federal and provincial regulations in resolving billing errors
Other related duties assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Education plus experience will be considered.
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle (NetSuite), or related financial systems.
Retail experience would be considered an asset
