Description

Chief Little Pine School is seeking highly motivated, dynamic individuals to fill the full-time positions of five Elementary teachers.
-Nurture, support and guide  young learners
-Prepare engaging lessons and interactive learning activities/materials
-Conduct formal and informal assessment of students
Incorporate appropriate technology and media in lesson planning
-Facilitate learning activities both within the classroom setting and outdoors
-Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour, respect and safety within the classroom
-Prepare course timelines and materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts
-Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives that follow SK curriculum standards
-Use information in Individualized Education Programs (IEP's) to strategically adapt instructional materials
-Formal and informal ongoing assessment of students, including report cards, progress reports and marking
-Be available to students outside of class time
