We are hiring a full-time accounting clerk with strong customer service skills to help keep us growing! The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, have great communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a person with integrity, who is dependable, detail orientated, and a quick learner.
Job Overview:
-Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Data Entry
-Invoicing
-Bank Reconciliation
-Processing/reconciling incoming credit card transactions
-Inventory Adjustments
-GST & PST filing
-Prepare month end accounting reports
-General administrative duties
Requirements:
-A diploma in accounting with at least three years of relevant accounting experience
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, and independently when needed
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-The ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
-Must be friendly and personable
-Experience working with SAP Business One is an asset but not a requirement.
