Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the appropriate ledgers
Bring the books to the trial balance stage
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll and year end T-4s in a timely manner
Be courteous and polite to staff, customers and charities, to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
Other duties as assigned by the Gaming Manager
Development and coordination of an industry accepted Best Practises model that encompasses Customer Service Excellence within the Bingo Gaming environment.
Extensive experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office including Excel and Word required
