1. Schedule and confirm appointments
2. Answer the phone and transfer calls and information
3. Answer electronic inquiries
4. Compile data, statistics, and other information
5. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
6. Greet guests and direct them to contacts or service areas
7. Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials, both regular and electronic, and coordinate the flow of information
8. Create and maintain a filing system for customer information.
