Description

The WDM Corporate Office in Saskatoon is seeking a Fundraising Specialist who is responsible for generating revenue for the WDM through fundraising initiatives and deepening engagement with current and potential donors and members.

The Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for the following:
Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic fundraising plans that addresses philanthropic goals, prospect identification and research, donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and recognition.
Developing and implementing campaign strategies, priorities and objectives that support philanthropic initiatives such as annual campaigns, sponsorship, major gifts, capital campaigns and legacy giving.
Researching, identifying and qualifying new donors while regularly updating prospect pipelines for corporate, foundation and individual giving.
Assisting in planning, promoting, and implementing fundraising events and initiatives.
Researching and developing funding proposals for charitable foundations, corporate charitable funds, granting agencies and service clubs. Align grant applications to meet WDM strategic priorities.
Building meaningful relationships with donors, prospects, members, and volunteers and assist in initiatives aimed at deepening engagement with current donors, volunteers and members.
