Morris Equipment Ltd is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage, and hay hauling equipment.

We are recruiting to fill a full time Director of Research & Development to join our team in our R&D facilities in Yorkton, SK.  

The Director of Research & Development is responsible for the promotion and direction of the technical research function to meet the corporate objective of providing leading edge, quality products on a timely and profitable basis. Responsibilities include determining product for new and current markets using all practical internal and external research, testing and market resources.
The successful candidate must have a degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering with P.Eng status in Saskatchewan or relevant experience. Must have at least ten years experience in design engineering related job functions is preferred. This individual must possess excellent leadership, planning, organizational and communication skills. Effective computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets are necessary. A farming background is also preferred.
