Potzus Ltd is one of Saskatchewans largest construction companies. Established in 1966 we are a second generation family owned and operated business providing top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities and the private sector. Day to day operations include earth moving, site prep, aggregate production, paving, and excavation. We are currently looking for candidate to work in our parts department at Truck Saver Services Ltd.
This parts technician will work alongside the parts department manager and the service department to provide parts for Potzus Ltd. equipment and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technicians and field supervisors with accurate parts and information on request.
Efficiently problem-solve and source alternative parts when standard parts are not available for order.
Maintain parts inventories, which includes identifying and cataloguing parts and assemblies, ordering parts, receiving parts, inspecting parts, sorting parts and stock handling.
Complete and enter documentation into database as required.
Track orders and shipping and receiving information for the Maintenance crew.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Knowledge and Skills

5+ years experience as a Journeyman Parts Technician.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
Previous aggregate crushing, paving or heavy equipment experience is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to work well with others and take direction.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Extended work hours as required.
Travel and/or living in temporary accommodation is required.
