Description

This position will lead Regina's Coordinated Access system, the framework within which the Regina Reaching Home program will ensure equitable access for homeless, at-risk individuals and families to culturally safe, trauma-informed, strength-based services in our community.
Coordinated access is designed to provide recommendations and referrals for individuals, families and youth who are at risk of being homeless, have complex needs and are experiencing difficulties gaining access to support services and housing in the community. The mechanism is a collaborative cross-sectoral community effort intended within the Housing First philosophy.

-Leads and manages the implementation of the Coordinated Access system in Regina.
-Analyze and utilize data to set and monitor strategic community-Level outcomes.
-Performance management of Coordinated Access Inventory Partners, including ensuring partners adhere to written CA policies and procedures.
-Maintain the overall framework of the Coordinated Access system in Regina; includes working closely with the Provincial HIFIS 4 Project Manager to analyze and utilize data to set and monitor strategic community-Level outcomes.
-Collaborate with the Reaching Home Community Entity and the Regina Homelessness Community Advisory Board to provide strategic input for community investments.
-Collaborate with the Coordinated Access partner organizations to identify, integrate, and continuously improve services in support of a broader systems approach to homelessness.
-Facilitate engagement with public systems that have direct connections to homelessness.
-Provide information sessions to community stakeholders about housing and support inventory changes.
-Provides ongoing advocacy and input for under-served populations and non-existing services in the community to improve coordination of services.
-Complete monthly financial and activity reporting quarterly/annual data reports as required.
