We are HIRING a FULL-TIME Dental Administrator.
This role requires presence at the clinic one evening a week and 2 Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities:
Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through
treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships
Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Manage recall and passive patient systems.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required.
Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and the community; a team player.
Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
Knowledge of any dental software desired.
