Our Medical Centre is looking for a motivated professional to join the team.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality healthcare to patients.
Role Includes:
Welcoming patients to the clinic, managing patient flow within the clinic, ensuring that patients are treated with care and respect, and that they are promptly attended to, answering phone calls with friendliness and respect.
Responding to messages, faxes and phone calls, scheduling of patient appointments with physicians and scanning health records and documents. Performing clerical duties, filing of documents to patient charts using Accuro (EMR) and continuously relaying information and working closely with the office manager to ensure overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Compassionate with a general interest in providing quality care.
Basic Microsoft package experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software and experience in Accuro is a plus.
Must be able to work independently and as a team. Time manage effectively and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with patients and staff.
Medical terminology and previous Medical Office experience is an asset.
