Join our team and help to create change, support, and hold space for those impacted by sexual violence, exploitation, and more. LSAS is a growing and innovative organization with a forward-thinking approach to service delivery and believes in the importance of staff being able to embrace their work life along with other areas of importance such as family, education, and passion areas. LSAS has been providing services in Lloydminster and area (200km service zone) for 40 years and looks forward to expanding services in the years to come.

The Crisis Interventionist career opportunity is a Full-time (35 Hours per week), salaried position.

A successful candidate for this position will:
-Possess strong facilitation skills and comfort with
  public speaking
-Demonstrate an understanding and compassion for our
  clients
-Have a clear understanding and ability to deliver
  crisis intervention
-Be willing to travel to surrounding communities to
  deliver services
-Possess a reliable vehicle for travel (mileage
  reimbursed by the agency)
-Demonstrate good communication skills
-Work well in a team environment
-Have excellent computers skills; being proficient in
  all of Microsoft Office - including Publisher
-Show creativity and ability to develop programs
-Possess strong time-management and organizational
  skills        

Qualifications: Masters preferred; however, LSAS will consider degree with related experience or the intention of furthering education.
        
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
