Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa is accepting applications for a Full-time Guest Services Agent, who demonstrates professionalism and strong customer service skills.  Knowledge of Temple Gardens, the city of Moose Jaw and previous Front Desk experience is an asset.

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skill
-Highly detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills
-Previous front desk/reservations experience is an asset
-Must be able to work in team environment and independently
-Shift Flexibility
-Grade 12 diploma

Job Duties:
-Administering check-ins and check-outs.
-Providing front desk services to guests
-Answering and directing all in-coming telephone calls/mails
-Handle cash and credit card transactions
-Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
-Continuous standing at Front Desk terminal and occasional lifting
-Continuous sitting at Reservations terminal
