The Mainline Automotive Group in Saskatchewan is currently looking for a full-time Payroll and HR Administrator to perform payroll and HR duties for the Mainline Automotive Group. Reporting to the Senior Controller, the Payroll and HR Administrator will work primarily in Rosetown, SK, and will perform payroll and HR duties for the entire Mainline Automotive Group.
Requirements for the position are as follows:
University Degree in Business with a specialization in Accounting or Human Recourses Certified Payroll Practitioners will also be considered
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Knowledge of employment and Labour Standards for Canada, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
High level of confidentiality and diplomacy
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
Must be bondable and provide a copy of a current criminal record check
